Wolf will be offering a variety of predesigned and pre-engineered structures. These can be quickly prefabricated and delivered to you, ready for your GC to assemble and finish on site. Among these offerings are accessory dwelling units (ADU's), finished room over garage's (FROG's), sheds & studios, 1 or 2 car garages, and more.
In the meantime, if you're interested in any sort of structure and would like Wolf to undertake the design, engineer, and prefab process for you, we would be happy to offer a custom solution that fits your needs. We may already have a design underway that fits your vision.
Our Process
We understand you might have questions. Although purchasing a prefabricated structure for your home seems simple, sometimes it is not. Wolf is more than just a framing material supplier and can work to make the process easier for you.
It might be as simple as offering a pre-designed and pre-engineered solution, and then partnering you with a GC to pick your finishes and turn your dreams into reality. Sometimes it is more complicated with additional permitting and regulations based on your location, or not feasible at all.
