Industry partners of Wolf Fabrication offer many other framing products to help the client achieve the results they are seeking.
Hot Rolled Structural Steel
Wolf partners with various hot rolled steel framing providers who engineer and prefabricate their systems to work in conjunction with Wolf's LGS framing. Common hot rolled products include but are not limited to wide flange beams and columns, HSS beams and columns, cantilevered frames, stair systems, and handrails.
Pre Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
We partner with a provider/contractor of PEMB framing to achieve builds of much larger spans than LGS can provide. Whether it is an airplane hanger, industrial building, barn/workshop, or similar type of build our PEMB guys can handle the structural frame and Wolf can infill the interior and exterior walls, floors, and roofs with LGS.
Engineered Open Web FLoor and ROof Trusses
Considering structures framed primarily with LGS floors and roof systems in mind, sometimes it makes sense to convert these products to engineered open web trusses. Although Wolf's joists achieve up to 27 ft clear spans while minimizing squeaking, it may make sense to use open web designs for mechanical runs and larger spans carrying significant loads. Wolf's 3.5" and 5.5" systems can achieve these open web designs, but as our operations are optimized for wall and joist framing our partners offer larger scale solutions for specific projects.
Commercial LGS profiles
Our Howick driven manufacturing friends located outside of Tampa Bay offer other LGS profiles that Wolf's machines are not tooled to produce. These include commercial 3 5/8" and 6" stud profiles and 8" stud and joists. Because they utilize the same manufacturing equipment as Wolf, we can design your structures with all profiles working in conjunction and then have our partners produce and panelize the framing for us, delivering everything to site simultaneously for an efficient installation.
Other Building Products
Commodity products can be purchased from our suppliers and integrated into the site installation process to achieve your structural results. These products include but are not limited to commodity LGS members, drop ceilings, shaft wall, exterior sheathing, resilient/hat channel furring, horizontal bracing channel, corrugated metal decking, interior gypsum products, and various fasteners, anchors, clips, and connectors. Our installers can tackle these installations to achieve the specific engineering requirements of each job.
