S Hyde Park Flats

Located in the Hyde Park area near the UNiversity of Tampa. This project proved Wolf's light gauge steel could work structurally in conjunction with CMU walls and cast in place floor systems. Level one consists of a CMU and cast in place parking structure while 2 and 3 utilize structural light gauge steel partnered with CMU and cast in place floors to achieve a more cost effective and practical structure for student living. This design focused on a modern industrial look, and Wolf's expeditious prefabricated system was able to catch the construction back up to schedule, finishing just in time to house students for the semester.
